You can already find malls in different provinces and other commercial establishments. The only difference is that it is cheaper to live in provinces compared with the big city. When it comes to cost of living, the Philippines will only cost you for about a quarter of what it will cost you when you have the same lifestyle in the United States or in the Europe. Basically, a budget of $1,000 to $2,000 per month can already be enough if you are living in the Philippines. You only need to find an area that firs your budget. You can have a house helper, a driver and a made without paying too much. You can even travel anywhere and establish your own business if you want. Aside from your monthly budget, the price of houses will also be considered. The price of housing will actually depend on the location and the type of dwelling that you chose. If you want to live in the big city, you can consider living in a condominium unit, studio type apartment or a detached house. However, you have to expect higher payments if you decide to live in big cities in the Philippines. It usually ranges from $500 to $1500 per month. If you choose to live in upscale areas you can expect more than $1500. Houses in provinces only range from about $300 to $900 per month and you will only pay around $200 to $700 per month for rural cities.
